DEVIL MAY CRY 4 SPECIAL EDITION GUIDE DRIVER
a PC reboot, an older GPU driver etc.Īctually I’ve been enquiring it of Capcom for a long time, but I think I’ve done more than a customer should do for helping them solving it. I didn't get to the bottom of this exact issue and this guide is just a workaround that worked for all people I talked to with the same issue, up to this moment.īe sure to report back if you find something that makes it work again for you, e.g. If you are following the guide properly then I'm not sure I can provide further help. Originally posted by Jerry Jin:Intel GPU it always happens at the cutscene before the beginning of mission 01 at present, but it also happens like randomly: some other cutscenes, either in the story theatre or in game, or even when pausing in game and trying to open option, etc.

I suggest everyone to contact CAPCOM and report this issue. Same as before, this is definitely something that could be solved easily by developers if only they cared to debug the game on affected hardware. Same as before, this is not a permanent solution, but a temporary workaround. Remember that you can issue a refund for your game if certain conditions apply. Kindly ask them to provide permanent fixes. For now I know that there are at least 4 affected games using the same engine:įixing these issues will not be a problem, should Capcom become interested. Small but important aspects of the engine are broken, and it is more apparent on newer systems. I suggest anyone having issues like this one to demand a permanent fix from Capcom. If you were directed here by Capcom, let them know that this is not okay.
